Prices quoted are for UK mainland addresses. Delivery to parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight may incur an additional postage cost. We will contact you if there will be an extra cost on your order.
If you wish to purchase our products from outside the UK, please contact us. This is because we would like to try to find the most economical way of delivering our products to you.
If an item you have ordered is incorrect or reaches you in damaged condition, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for any damaged product returned to us within 14 days of delivery, provided it is returned in its original packaging and in an unused condition.

We will provide you with a returns address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge or send you a refund. Please be aware that due to the delicate nature of our products, we cannot issue a refund for used products. Refunds will only be made against the credit/ debit card used for purchase.
